The end of year is coming and the summary statistics of media activity gets important. The article provides preliminary information about Georgian commercial banks’ media activity.
By October 2017 the activity of commercial banks was represented in 2 directions. The readers got acquainted with the banks activities, products of financial sector, renovation of branch offices, bank data, operations, etc.
On the second hand, the bank sector is actively involved in various activities that are connected with their particular profile. These are CSR and charity activities that may be represented in political manner.
According to statistics during the previous 10 months banks’ bank media activity amounted to 69% and non-bank activity- 31%

how banks were positioned in clients’ perception-positively or negatively.

According to statistics during the previous 10 months Pasha Bank is a leader in terms of positive reflection (50%). Another 50% was divided between 3 banks: Finca Bank Georgia, Tera Bank and VTB Bank.

As for negative reflection Cartu Bank occupies the first position (55%). The rest 45% is divided between 3 banks: BoG, Tera Bank and Bank Constanta.
