July is a month of festivals. In this month the festivals of music, craft, choreography, culinary, ice-cream and many others are being conducted throughout the country. This is the incomplete list of events covered by Georgian media.

Gem Fest 2017 is officially opened. The fans of electronic music were invited to Anaklia-Ganmukhuri tourist zone. The major scene was occupied by foreign musicians. According to the festival organizer everything is ready and Samegrelo is waiting for a big inflow of tourists.
 
Mtatsminda Park is hosting ice cream festival. 12 companies are represented there. Various surprises and raffles are planned within the festival.
 
Tbilisi is also hosting "Tolma" festival. The festival also envisages competition elements. 40 contestants take part in the event. A special jury from Yerevan will reveal the winners.
 
Art-Gene 2017 also begins. Tbilisi tour of Art Gene will be held on July 17-24. Ethnographic museum is a traditional host of the event. The festival offers interesting novelties as well. Within the project Check in Georgia Sophie Villy will open Tbilisi tour on July 17.
 
French professor Michel Sonn will visit the 5th international festival of classical music Batumi MusicFest and conduct master classes for young Georgian pianists.
 
The annual music festival of Switzerland was dedicated to Georgiams. Swiss and Georgians taught songs to one another. Sisters Zviadauris and ensemble Didgori were represented from Georgia in Switzerland.
